One of the most amazing pools ever built. The pool basin had to be concreted with extreme precision, as there was no room for error with the integrated movable floor. The paving work, using small "fillets" (each slab measuring only 11x30x1cm) of San Bernardino gneiss, had to be glued with millimeter accuracy so that the 9.5-ton stainless steel movable floor could be adjusted perfectly to the desired height. The color of the natural stone gives the water a beautiful turquoise hue, just like in the Viamala Gorge or a mountain lake.
